APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use scissors to cut out the desired design
2) Remove clear protective sheet and place face down on clean, dry skin
3) Wet paper backing with a damp cloth for 20-30 seconds
4) Peel off carefully and allow to dry
5) For easy removal, use baby oil, makeup remove or micellar water
